Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional outpatient physical therapy care to a diverse patient population
Treat approximately 12 patients per day in a 10-hour shift, focusing on orthopedic and varied diagnoses
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of PTs, OTs, and SLPs to optimize patient outcomes
Provide coverage in acute inpatient settings when needed to support the broader rehab department
Build meaningful connections with patients in a welcoming small-town community

Qualifications

Current Oregon Physical Therapist license (can be obtained after submittal)
Outpatient physical therapy experience required
BLS certification required
Acute inpatient experience is a plus but not mandatory
Comfortable treating a wide variety of diagnoses typical in a small-town setting

Knowledge & Skills

Strong outpatient physical therapy assessment and treatment skills
Ability to manage a busy caseload of 12 patients per day
Flexibility to assist with acute inpatient coverage when needed
Excellent communication and patient education abilities
Adaptability to handle both orthopedic and varied small-town patient needs
