Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide high-quality physical therapy services to a diverse patient population including outpatient, acute inpatient, and swing bed skilled patients
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to help patients regain mobility and function
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care
Conduct patient assessments and document progress accurately
Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and home care strategies

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
Current state license as a Physical Therapist (or eligibility)
BLS certification required
Experience preferred but new graduates welcome to apply
Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Education

Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of orthopedic and neurological conditions
Skilled in manual therapy techniques
Ability to work effectively with a variety of patient diagnoses
Proficient in electronic medical records (EMR) systems
