Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized one-on-one physical therapy treatments in an outpatient setting
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Manage a diverse caseload with emphasis on orthopedic conditions
- Collaborate with PTAs and rehab aides to optimize patient outcomes
- Build lasting relationships with patients in a small community environment
- Maintain accurate documentation and coordinate care effectively
Qualifications
- Active Colorado PT License or Compact License required
- Current AHA BLS certification
- Strong background in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy
- Excellent communication and patient management skills
Knowledge & Skills
- Outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation expertise
- Ability to manage diverse patient populations
- Strong clinical decision-making abilities
- Effective time management for 45-minute treatment sessions
- Collaborative approach with support staff
