Roles & Responsibilities
- Evaluate and assess patients' physical therapy needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement therapeutic exercises and manual therapy techniques to improve patient mobility and function
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and home exercise programs
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with regulations
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as needed to achieve optimal outcomes
Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Texas
- Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Commitment to providing high-quality patient-centered care
Knowledge & Skills
- Expertise in evaluating and treating orthopedic, neurological, and general medical conditions
- Proficient in therapeutic exercise prescription and manual therapy techniques
- Knowledge of evidence-based practice and current industry standards
- Excellent documentation and time management skills
- Ability to use electronic medical records systems
