Candidate Pay Rate: $39 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver hands-on therapy sessions that help patients regain strength and mobility
Collaborate with therapists to create personalized rehab plans that make a real difference
Monitor patient progress and celebrate every milestone along their recovery journey
Educate patients and families on exercises to promote long-term wellness
Maintain detailed records to ensure top-quality care and outcomes

Qualifications

Active PTA license in good standing
Certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant
Compassionate approach with a passion for patient recovery
BLS certification preferred

Education

Associate degree in Physical Therapist Assistant program from an accredited institution

Knowledge & Skills

Strong understanding of therapeutic exercises and modalities
Excellent patient communication and motivational skills
Proficiency in documentation and care planning
Team player mindset in fast-paced rehab environments
