Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on physical therapy to help patients regain strength and mobility
• Collaborate with therapists to create personalized treatment plans that make a real difference
• Guide patients through exercises with encouragement and expertise
• Monitor progress and adjust care to celebrate every milestone
• Foster a positive environment that inspires recovery and confidence

Qualifications

• Active PTA license in good standing
• Certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant
• Experience in rehab or outpatient settings welcomed
• Compassionate team player ready to make an impact

Education

• Associate degree in Physical Therapist Assistant program from an accredited institution

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong understanding of therapeutic exercises and modalities
• Excellent patient communication and motivation skills
• Proficiency in documentation and care planning
• Adaptability in a fast-paced rehab environment
