Roles & Responsibilities

Greet and check in patients and families with a warm welcome
Verify insurance information and collect copays accurately
Schedule appointments and coordinate patient flow
Maintain patient records and ensure data integrity
Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries professionally
Collaborate with clinical staff to deliver seamless care

Qualifications

Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable using electronic health records and basic computer systems
High attention to detail and accuracy
Previous healthcare or front desk experience preferred but not required
Must be able to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Problem-solving skills and a positive attitude
