Roles & Responsibilities

Assess patient health history and coordinate comprehensive care plans
Administer chemotherapy and manage infusion therapy with precision and compassion
Educate patients and families on treatment plans and symptom management
Monitor patients' physical and emotional well-being throughout treatment
Serve as primary liaison between patients and physicians, ensuring clear communication
Provide direct nursing care including triage and emergency response

Qualifications

Active RN license in Montana (or compact state) - must be currently active
Minimum 2 years of experience in chemotherapy administration
Proficiency with EPIC electronic medical records
ONS Fundamentals of Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Administration Certification required
Current ACLS and BLS/BCLS certifications

Knowledge & Skills

Strong patient assessment and triage skills
Expertise in chemotherapy and infusion therapy
Excellent patient education and communication abilities
Ability to manage oncology symptoms and side effects
Proficient in EPIC and other EMR systems
Collaborative team player with a patient-centered approach
