Roles & Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive occupational therapy assessments and interventions to residents in a skilled nursing setting
Float between Gahanna and New Albany locations as needed to support patient care
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Document patient progress and adjust treatment approaches to achieve optimal outcomes

Qualifications

Active Occupational Therapist license in the state of Ohio
New graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply
Previous experience in skilled nursing or long-term care is a plus but not required

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical knowledge of occupational therapy principles and practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to adapt quickly to different work environments and patient populations
Flexibility to float between locations and manage a dynamic schedule
