Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and implement innovative nursing education programs that elevate patient care
• Lead orientation, precepting, and transition-to-practice programs for new nurses
• Design and facilitate simulations and competency validations to ensure clinical excellence
• Serve as a nurse planner for continuing education courses accredited by MNA/ANCC
• Promote evidence-based practice by integrating research and best practices into daily workflows
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to identify educational needs and deliver targeted training

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required; Master's preferred
• Active Montana RN license required
• Minimum 3 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in ICU
• Minimum 1 year of education or training experience in administrative, management, or leadership principles
• Instructor certification in AHA, TNCC, ENPC, NRP, STABLE, or TeamSTEPPS preferred
• Certification in Nursing Professional Development or area of specialty preferred

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing

• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Ability to work varied shifts and adapt to changing priorities
• Proficient in computer applications, MS Office, EMR, and internet applications
