Start Date: 07-17-2026

Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: Flexible scheduling - pick up shifts as needed, each shift approximately 8.5 hours

Candidate Pay Rate: $25 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care and assist healthcare providers with examinations and procedures
Take vital signs, record patient histories, and prepare patients for visits
Administer medications and injections as directed
Perform laboratory tests and collect specimens
Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment
Educate patients on treatment plans and follow-up care

Qualifications

Current Medical Assistant certification from an accredited program
CPR certification (BLS) required
At least 1 year of experience as a Medical Assistant preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of medical terminology and clinical procedures
Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent customer service skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
