Candidate Pay Rate: $29 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Greet patients warmly and prepare them for visits, creating a comfortable clinic experience
Perform vital signs, obtain histories, and document findings accurately in the chart
Assist providers during exams and minor procedures with calm, efficient support
Administer routine tests and point-of-care procedures per clinic protocols
Schedule follow-ups, manage referral paperwork, and help maintain smooth patient flow
Maintain a clean, organized workspace and adhere to infection control standards

Qualifications

Medical Assistant certification (CMA, RMA) preferred — enthusiastic new grads are welcome to apply
Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification required or willing to obtain
Comfortable working in an ambulatory/clinic setting with strong patient-facing skills
Excellent communication, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a busy clinic
Vaccination and health screening requirements as per facility policy

Education

High school diploma or GED required; Medical Assistant certificate or diploma highly preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Familiarity with vital signs, phlebotomy basics, and point-of-care testing
Proficient in patient intake, charting, and basic electronic health record workflows
Strong interpersonal skills and a patient-first mindset
Ability to follow clinical protocols and maintain accurate documentation
Team-oriented approach with good time management and organizational skills
