Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care to residents as an LPN
Administer medications and treatments accurately and on schedule
Document resident observations, interventions, and responses clearly
Collaborate with RNs and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care
Monitor vital signs and report changes in condition promptly
Support resident comfort, dignity, and safety during daily activities
Participate in care planning and follow established care protocols

Qualifications

Valid LPN license in Pennsylvania
Current CPR/BLS certification (or obtain upon hire if required)
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Comfortable with medication administration and basic clinical procedures
Preferred: prior experience in long-term care or similar settings

Education

Completed LPN program or equivalent practical nursing diploma

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of basic nursing procedures and infection control practices
Skillful medication administration and documentation
Ability to observe, assess, and report changes in patient condition
Good time management and organization in a busy clinical setting
Compassionate patient interaction and strong interpersonal skills
