Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care consistent with facility policies
Administer medications and treatments safely and document accurately
Perform routine assessments and communicate changes in patient condition
Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to support care plans
Maintain clear, timely documentation in the patient record and handoffs
Support infection control and safety protocols to protect patients and staff
Assist with activities of daily living and provide emotional support to patients and families

Qualifications

Current LPN license (able to practice in Georgia preferred)
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or willingness to obtain
Prior experience in a clinical or long-term care setting is a plus
Up-to-date immunizations and TB screening per facility policy
Strong communication skills and ability to work on a multidisciplinary team
Reliable, professional, and patient-focused attitude

Education

LPN diploma or equivalent from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient with medication administration and basic nursing procedures
Good clinical assessment and observation skills
Accurate documentation and charting practices
Familiarity with standard infection control practices
Ability to follow established care plans and escalate concerns appropriately
Comfortable working in fast-paced clinical environments
