Shift Type: Tuesday-Saturday, 1:00 PM - 9:30 PM

Candidate Pay Rate: $49 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate psychiatric care to patients
Monitor and support mental health treatment plans
Assist in creating a safe and therapeutic environment
Collaborate with healthcare team for optimal patient outcomes
Administer medications and document patient progress

Qualifications

Active Licensed Psychiatric Technician (LPT) license in California
Experience in psychiatric or medical settings preferred
BLS certification
Ability to work per diem with daily confirmation

Education

Completion of accredited Psychiatric Technician program

Knowledge & Skills

Strong patient assessment skills
Crisis intervention techniques
Medication administration proficiency
Excellent communication and empathy
Team collaboration in fast-paced environments
