Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care to residents and patients
Administer medications and treatments accurately and timely
Perform and document routine assessments (vitals, skin integrity, mobility)
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to implement individualized care plans
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members about care needs
Maintain accurate, timely charting and ensure compliance with facility protocols

Qualifications

Current LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) license — ability to practice in Pennsylvania is ideal
CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain promptly)
Strong clinical assessment and medication administration skills
Comfortable working within a long-term care / skilled nursing environment
Excellent communication skills and a team-first attitude
Prior LPN experience preferred but new grads with strong clinical skills are encouraged to apply

Education

Practical Nursing diploma or equivalent (LPN program completion required)

Knowledge & Skills

Skilled in medication administration and documentation
Knowledge of infection control and safety procedures
Proficient with electronic health records or charting systems
Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced care environment
Strong interpersonal skills for patient and family interactions
