Location: Lebanon, New Hampshire

Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: Per diem (days vary), 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM day

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $33 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care to patients with skill and respect
Administer medications and treatments safely and in accordance with orders
Monitor patient condition, observe changes, and report findings promptly
Document care accurately and timely in the patient record
Collaborate with nurses, providers, and support staff to deliver coordinated care
Educate patients and families about care plans and discharge instructions
Maintain a safe environment and adhere to infection control policies

Qualifications

Active LPN license in New Hampshire
Current BLS/CPR certification (or obtain upon hire if required)
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
Ability to pass background check and meet facility health requirements
Previous clinical experience preferred but new grads with strong clinical skills are welcome

Education

Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program (LPN)

Knowledge & Skills

Solid patient assessment and basic clinical skills
Medication administration and documentation best practices
Basic wound care and monitoring of vital signs
Familiarity with electronic health records and charting
Strong communication, time management, and patient-centered bedside manner
Ability to follow policies, protocols, and infection control standards
