Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care to residents and patients
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
Perform routine assessments and document patient status in the chart
Collaborate with RNs, CNAs and interdisciplinary team members to support care plans
Communicate clearly with patients and families to keep them informed and comforted
Maintain a safe, clean environment and follow infection control best practices

Qualifications

Valid LPN license in Pennsylvania (required)
Current CPR/BLS certification or ability to obtain upon hire
Previous LPN experience in long-term care, skilled nursing or similar setting preferred
Strong interpersonal skills and a patient-centered approach
Ability to pass background check and required pre-employment screenings

Education

LPN diploma or certificate from an accredited program
High school diploma or GED

Knowledge & Skills

Medication administration and documentation
Basic patient assessment and vital sign monitoring
Familiarity with charting/EMR systems and accurate documentation
Infection control, wound care basics, and safety practices
Effective communication and teamwork skills
Time management and task prioritization in a fast-paced care setting
