Shift Type: Monday-Sunday, 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate nursing care to patients in a rehab setting
Administer medications and monitor vital signs
Assist with daily living activities and mobility
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop care plans
Document patient progress accurately and timely
Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff

Qualifications

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Transitional LPN (T-LPN) license in New Hampshire
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a rehab or acute care setting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care

Education

Associate's degree in Nursing or completion of an LPN program
