Shift Type: Not specified days, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM Night

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $45 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct care to residents, focusing on dignity and comfort
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
Monitor and document vital signs, changes in condition, and care delivered
Collaborate with RNs, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care
Communicate clearly with residents and families about care plans and needs
Support residents with activities of daily living while promoting independence
Maintain accurate electronic and paper records in a timely manner
Adhere to infection control, safety protocols, and facility policies

Qualifications

Active LPN license in Massachusetts (required)
Current BLS/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain promptly)
Ability to pass background check and meet facility health requirements
Comfortable working the 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM shift and adaptable to unit needs
Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude

Education

Practical Nursing diploma or equivalent
High school diploma or GED (minimum)

Knowledge & Skills

Solid practical nursing skills including medication administration and wound care
Familiarity with basic EHR documentation and charting
Good assessment skills to recognize changes in resident condition
Strong interpersonal skills for working with residents, families, and staff
Time management and prioritization in a fast-paced care setting
