Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM, shift negotiable

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $69 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide expert nursing care during open heart, TAVR, endovascular, and thoracic procedures
Scrub in to assist with holding the heart and closing the chest when needed
Collaborate with a skilled CVOR team of 8 OR techs and dedicated charge nurses
Float to General OR when CVOR cases are light, supporting the broader surgical team
Maintain accurate documentation using Epic EMR throughout each case

Qualifications

Active RN license in Colorado or compact license
BLS certification required, ACLS preferred
Open Heart experience and/or Endovascular experience
Ability to respond to call within 30 minutes

Knowledge & Skills

Strong knowledge of CVOR procedures including open heart and endovascular cases
Familiarity with Epic EMR documentation
Ability to scrub and assist in the sterile field when needed
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
