Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate care to patients including assistance with daily activities
- Monitor patient vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
- Maintain a clean and safe patient environment
- Document patient care activities accurately
Qualifications
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in California
- Current BLS certification (American Heart Association preferred)
- Previous CNA experience in a healthcare setting is a plus
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong patient care and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Attention to detail and empathy for patients
