Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate hands-on care to residents, assisting with activities of daily living
Support feeding, bathing, dressing, and mobility with dignity and respect
Monitor residents and promptly report clinical changes to the nursing team
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care and observations
Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary team members to deliver great patient-centered care
Help create a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents

Qualifications

Current CNA certification valid in Pennsylvania (required)
CPR/BLS certification preferred or willing to obtain
Comfortable assisting with ADLs and working directly with residents
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
Reliable, compassionate, and patient-focused with a positive attitude

Education

CNA certification required
High school diploma or GED preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Skilled in assisting with activities of daily living
Basic infection control and safety procedures
Familiarity with resident care documentation and charting
Good observational skills to notice and report changes in condition
Ability to follow care plans and directions from nursing staff
