Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct patient care and assist with activities of daily living
Monitor and record vital signs and communicate changes to the nursing team
Assist with safe transfers, mobility, and fall prevention interventions
Maintain accurate documentation and follow care plans consistently
Support infection control practices and maintain a clean, safe environment
Collaborate with teammates to deliver person-centered care with dignity

Qualifications

Current CNA certification (state certified) required
Valid CPR/BLS certification preferred or as required by facility
Ability to pass background check and required health screenings
Strong communication skills and a patient-centered attitude
Reliable, punctual, and able to work collaboratively with a healthcare team

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
CNA certification (required)

Knowledge & Skills

Skilled in assisting with ADLs, bathing, dressing, and feeding
Comfortable taking and documenting vital signs accurately
Knowledge of basic infection control and safety protocols
Good time management and ability to prioritize patient needs
Teamwork, empathy, and clear communication with patients and staff
