Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents, assisting with activities of daily living
Monitor and record vital signs and observe changes in resident condition, promptly reporting concerns
Help with bathing, dressing, feeding and mobility support while preserving dignity
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care and resident interactions
Collaborate with nurses and the care team to implement care plans and ensure continuity
Promote a safe, clean environment and follow infection control procedures
Support admissions, transfers and discharges with a friendly, professional approach

Qualifications

Active CNA certification (Certified Nursing Assistant) — required
Comfortable working in a long-term care or skilled nursing environment
Strong communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with the care team
Current BLS/CPR certification preferred or willingness to obtain
Ability to pass background check and any facility-required screenings

Knowledge & Skills

Hands-on patient care and assistance with ADLs
Basic vital sign measurement and resident observation
Familiarity with infection control and safety practices
Clear, compassionate communication with residents and families
Reliable time management and documentation skills
