Candidate Pay Rate: $19 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate daily care to residents including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Assist with mobility and transfers to ensure safety and comfort
Monitor and record vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
Support residents with meals and feeding as needed
Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
Collaborate with the care team to deliver high-quality care

Qualifications

Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Connecticut
Valid CPR certification preferred
Ability to lift and move patients safely
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge & Skills

Patient care and safety protocols
Infection control practices
Empathy and patience in caregiving
Time management and adaptability
