Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on patient care and assistance with activities of daily living
• Assist with safe transfers, ambulation, feeding, and personal hygiene
• Monitor patient condition and promptly report changes to nursing staff
• Document care activities and observations accurately and timely
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for patients
• Collaborate with the care team to support positive patient outcomes

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (required)
• Willingness and ability to work overnight/night shifts (6:00 PM - 6:30 AM)
• Reliable, compassionate, and patient-focused attitude
• Ability to pass required background checks and facility onboarding requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong basic patient care skills and good bedside manner
• Comfortable with routine documentation and following care plans
• Good observation skills and the ability to communicate changes clearly
• Team-oriented with solid time management and prioritization
• Basic infection control and safety practices
