Shift Type: Evening shift, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM (Days: to be confirmed; schedule structured to meet 40 hrs/week for the 9-week assignment)

Candidate Pay Rate: $25 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate direct resident care and support activities of daily living with dignity
- Assist nursing team with safe transfers, ambulation, and mobility support
- Monitor residents and report changes in condition promptly to clinical staff
- Document care accurately and timely in the resident record and communicate with team members
- Support meal assistance, personal hygiene, and comfort measures with respect and patience
- Participate in team huddles and contribute to a positive, resident-centered care environment
- Adhere to infection control, safety policies, and facility-specific procedures at all times
Qualifications
- Current and active LNA (Licensed Nursing Assistant) certification or equivalent
- CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain prior to start)
- Ability to pass background check and required health screenings/ immunizations
- Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented attitude
- Reliable, professional, and committed to resident-focused care
Education
- High school diploma or GED required
- LNA certification required
Knowledge & Skills
- Skilled in ADLs (activities of daily living) support and basic patient care
- Familiarity with documentation practices and electronic or paper charting
- Ability to follow care plans and report clinical observations accurately
- Good infection control practices and understanding of safety protocols
- Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with residents, families, and staff
