Candidate Pay Rate: $53 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide speech-language pathology services to patients across 11 counties in home health settings
Treat an average of 6 patients per day with a focus on CVA and aphasia recovery
Develop individualized treatment plans to help patients regain communication skills
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
Document patient progress and adjust therapy approaches as needed
Travel between Elizabethtown and Bardstown offices to serve a large service area

Qualifications

Active Kentucky SLP license required at time of submission
1 year of clinical experience in speech-language pathology
Home health experience required
BLS certification required
CCC-SLP credential preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in CVA and aphasia treatment approaches
Strong clinical assessment and intervention skills
Ability to work independently in home health environments
Excellent communication and documentation abilities
Comfortable with extensive travel across a large territory
