Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate behavioral health therapy to patients in acute care
Conduct thorough assessments and develop meaningful treatment plans
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support patient recovery
Advocate for patients' needs and connect them to vital community resources
Document care expertly in EPIC to ensure seamless continuity

Qualifications

Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) License
BLS Certification (AHA)
At least 2 years of relevant experience
Experience in behavioral health or acute care settings preferred

Education

Master's degree in Social Work or related field

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical social work expertise
Proficiency in EPIC charting system
Excellent crisis intervention and counseling skills
Empathy and cultural competence in patient interactions
