Roles & Responsibilities

Lead the Physical Therapy Department with passion and expertise
Supervise and train a dedicated team of staff
Deliver hands-on physical therapy care that transforms lives
Develop customized therapy programs using innovative techniques like ultrasound, electrical stimulation, and gait training
Manage department budget and order essential supplies
Foster patient progress through education, observation, and physician collaboration

Qualifications

Current Washington State Physical Therapy License
BLS certification
Graduation from an American Physical Therapy Association accredited School of Physical Therapy
Five years of practical physical therapy experience
Three years management experience in a Rehab Therapy department

Education

Graduation from a School of Physical Therapy accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association

Knowledge & Skills

Strong leadership in therapy department operations
Expertise in therapeutic modalities including heat, cold, manual therapy, hydrotherapy, and exercise
Skilled in patient assessment, muscle testing, and gait training
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret professional materials
Mathematical proficiency with statistics, ratios, and proportions
Problem-solving in dynamic clinical environments
