Shift Type: Night shifts, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, 4 weekend shifts per schedule

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $54 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide exceptional care to high-risk maternal patients at any gestation
Circulate in the operating room for C-sections and surgical procedures
Manage triage for labor and delivery admissions
Perform vaginal deliveries, cerclage placements and D&Cs
Collaborate with a tenured team of 100 staff members
Deliver compassionate care in a 1:1 or 1:2 patient ratio environment

Qualifications

Active RN license in Texas
Minimum 1 year of L&D experience, preferably 5+ years
BLS and NRP certifications required
Experience with high-risk maternal patients is a must

Education

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
Current RN licensure

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in high-risk maternal care
Skilled in circulating OR and triage
Comfortable with fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
Team player who can pivot quickly
Familiarity with CPN and Meditech EMR systems
