Shift Type: Night shifts, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM with 2 weekends per pay period

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $46 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver expert care to trauma and burn patients in a 30-bed BTICU
Manage wound care, codes, EVDs and MTP protocols with precision
Collaborate with a team of 85 staff using critical care equipment
Monitor patients at 2:1 ratios ensuring top-notch outcomes
Float to MSICU, CVICU, Neuro ICU or PCU as needed

Qualifications

Active RN license
At least 1 year of experience
Trauma, burn and surgical ICU experience required
Strong communication and critical thinking skills
Team player who asks questions and helps others

Education

BSN preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Critical care equipment and Meditech EMR proficiency
Wound care and advanced ICU procedures
Patient ratios management in high-acuity settings
Team-based collaboration in fast-paced environments
