Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour night shifts, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM with weekends

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $42 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate postpartum care to new mothers and babies making those first days magical
Monitor patient conditions closely ensuring safety and comfort in a 3:1 or 4:1 ratio
Administer treatments like magnesium and heparin drips with precision and care
Perform non-stress tests and manage hyperemesis and insulin drips supporting families through recovery
Collaborate with a teamwork-oriented staff in the Women's Tower creating a nurturing environment

Qualifications

Active RN license ready for adventure
BLS certification a must-have
At least 1 year of nursing experience
Previous L/D or Antepartum experience preferred to hit the ground running

Education

RN degree from an accredited nursing program

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in postpartum and antepartum nursing
Strong communication skills to connect with patients and teams
Proficiency with Meditech and CPN EMR systems
Teamwork mindset that thrives in a busy 24-bed unit
