Shift Type: Night shifts, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, 3-4 weekend shifts required per 4-week schedule

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $49 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver critical care to complex cardiac patients making a real difference
Monitor hemodynamics and manage advanced devices like PA catheters and IABP
Collaborate with engaged team on cardiogenic shock program saving lives
Perform procedures including central lines and intubations with confidence
Float to support sister units ensuring excellent patient care everywhere

Qualifications

Active RN license with at least 2 years of experience
BLS and ACLS certifications required
Strong cardiac and critical care background
Ready to thrive in a fast-paced 32-bed CCU

Education

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing

Knowledge & Skills

Cardiac expertise including Impella and CRRT preferred
Hemodynamic monitoring and PA catheter proficiency
Comfort with high-acuity patients and 2:1 ratios
Team player in a collaborative environment
