Roles & Responsibilities

Lead a high-performing therapy team with passion and purpose
Develop individualized treatment plans that transform lives

Collaborate with devoted staff to deliver top-tier rehab care

Qualifications

Licensed Therapist (PT, OT, ST, PTA, COTA) in South Dakota or eligible to become licensed
Graduate of an accredited therapy program
Experience in skilled nursing or rehab preferred

Education

Graduate of an accredited therapy program

Knowledge & Skills

Skilled in developing individualized treatment plans
Team player with excellent communication skills
