Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: 12-hour day shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, every other weekend

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $32 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate care to med-surg patients including ortho and kidney transplant cases
Manage central lines, Foley catheters, and IV therapies with precision
Monitor and support patients with cardiac, renal, dialysis, pulmonary, GI, and diabetes conditions
Collaborate with a tenured team to provide top-notch care in a fast-paced environment
Utilize equipment like feeding pumps, wound VACs, and PCA to improve patient outcomes

Qualifications

Active LVN license in good standing
At least 1 year of med-surg experience
BCLS certification required, ACLS preferred
Strong critical thinking skills for dynamic patient needs

Education

Valid LVN licensure from accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

IV skills and central line management
Ortho and kidney transplant care expertise
Experience with cardiac, dialysis, pulmonary, GI, and DM patients
Proficiency in Meditech EMR
Adaptability in fast-paced settings with teamwork focus
