Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate care to progressive care unit patients
Monitor vital signs and respond swiftly to changes in condition
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
Administer medications and treatments with precision and empathy
Educate patients and families to empower their recovery journey

Qualifications

Active RN license in good standing
Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in PCU or similar
BLS and ACLS certifications required
Strong clinical assessment skills

Education

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN/BSN)

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency in telemetry monitoring and cardiac care
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to thrive in fast-paced hospital environments
Commitment to evidence-based patient care practices
