Candidate Pay Rate: $42 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist in crafting rehabilitation care plans with the interdisciplinary team
Perform lab draws, administer IV medications and blood products as needed
Conduct thorough head-to-toe assessments to guide patient care
Educate patients and families on their rehab journey
Deliver compassionate care in a state-of-the-art facility
Utilize med/surg skills in a rewarding post-acute setting

Qualifications

Active RN license
Minimum 1 year of current acute care Rehab RN experience
BLS certification required
CRRN Certification preferred
Ready to bring your passion for rehab nursing

Education

RN licensure with relevant nursing education

Knowledge & Skills

Meditech EMR experience a plus
Knowledge of Quality Indicator scoring
Patient lifts, iSTAT, glucometers and breathing treatments
Strong communication and empathy
Team player who loves patient education
