Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate technical nursing care to residents using the nursing process
Function as a vital member of the nursing team under RN supervision
Step up confidently as charge nurse in the Skilled Nursing Facility
Apply clinical judgment to plan work, set priorities, and adapt with flexibility

Qualifications

At least one year of LVN experience
Current California LVN license
Current CPR Certification

Education

Graduate from an approved LVN program with an associates or equivalent degree

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical judgment and prioritization skills
Proficient written and verbal communication
Computer proficiency for seamless documentation

Benefits

Sign on Bonus: $5,000.00
30 pay increments rewarding up to 30 years of experience
