Shift Type: Night shift, 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $42 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Attend high-risk deliveries to provide immediate life-saving support
Masterfully manage ventilators including conventional and high-frequency oscillatory systems
Administer surfactant and Nitric Oxide therapies to tiny patients
Acquire and interpret blood gases with precision
Collaborate with NICU team to optimize respiratory care for 36-bed unit

Qualifications

Registered Respiratory Therapist license
1+ year of experience, with Level 3 NICU preferred or 3-5 years Level 2 NICU
NRP certification required
STABLE certification a plus for priority consideration

Education

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise with Drager VN500 ventilators, 3100A Oscillators, Mallinckrodt Nitric Oxide and Vapotherms
Proficiency in Meditech and NeoNotes EMR systems
Critical thinking and independent decision-making
Detail-oriented approach with positive attitude
