Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate nursing care to clinic patients following established standards
Serve as the primary liaison between patients, staff, and providers
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to meet patient needs
Take vital signs and triage patient calls efficiently
Refill prescriptions and handle prior authorizations smoothly
Support your team of co-workers with enthusiasm

Qualifications

Current State LPN license
BLS (Basic Life Support)

Education

Graduate of a Nursing Program
From a College of Technology/Nursing

Knowledge & Skills

Nursing care expertise
Patient liaison skills
Interdisciplinary team collaboration
