Shift Type: Night shifts, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, including weekends (2 per pay period)

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $46 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms with precision to keep patients safe
Deliver compassionate care to post-cardiac cath lab patients, stroke cases and more
Collaborate with a tight-knit team of 41 staff members in a 24-bed PCU unit
Utilize GE remote telemetry and Meditech EMR to provide top-notch treatment
Participate in bedside shift reports and huddles to ensure seamless communication

Qualifications

Active RN license with at least 1 year of experience
ACLS certification required
Competency in interpreting rhythms is a must
Texas or compact state RN license preferred for smooth start

Education

RN degree from accredited nursing program

Knowledge & Skills

Telemetry expertise with GE remote telemetry systems
Proficiency in Meditech EMR
Strong rhythm interpretation skills
Team player mindset with a sense of urgency
Adaptable to fast-paced changes and hands-on leadership
