Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver expert respiratory care and treatment to NICU/PICU patients using cutting-edge technologies
Evaluate and monitor patient conditions to optimize breathing and recovery
Administer advanced therapies including high flow devices, nitric oxide, and heliox
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create impactful care plans
Provide coverage across units as needed, showcasing your versatility

Qualifications

Active RRT license
BLS, NRP, and PALS certifications required
2+ years of current acute care hospital RRT experience
Current NICU/PICU experience preferred

Education

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient with Meditech documentation system
Skilled in high flow devices, 3100A, Bunnell, Servos, continuous nebulizers, Nitric Oxide, and Heliox
Strong critical thinking and adaptability in fast-paced environments
Team player with a patient-centered focus
