Candidate Pay Rate: $46 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist in crafting personalized rehabilitation care plans with the interdisciplinary team
Perform thorough head-to-toe assessments to ensure patient progress
Administer IV antibiotics, medications, and blood products with precision
Draw labs and manage wound vac dressing changes expertly
Educate patients and families on care plans to empower their recovery journey
Operate specialized equipment like patient lifts and iSTAT for optimal care

Qualifications

Active RN license
Minimum 1 year current acute care hospital Med/Surg experience
BLS certification required
Preferred: CRRN Certification, ACLS, telemetry competency

Education

RN licensure from accredited nursing program

Knowledge & Skills

Med/Surg expertise
Rehabilitation nursing proficiency
Quality Indicator scoring knowledge
Telemetry monitoring and Airstrip competency
Strong patient education and communication skills
Empathy as a dedicated patient advocate
