Roles & Responsibilities

Diagnose and manage movement dysfunction to enhance physical and functional abilities
Restore, maintain, and promote optimal physical function, wellness, fitness, and quality of life
Prevent the onset, symptoms, and progression of impairments, functional limitations, and disabilities from diseases, disorders, conditions, or injuries
Comply with all service standards, policies, and procedures while delivering exceptional patient care

Qualifications

Licensed Physical Therapist in the State of Montana
BLS certification
Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
Prior experience within specific scope of practice preferred

Education

Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from a Physical Therapy program

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of physical therapy principles, practices, standards, and techniques
Expertise in using and maintaining physical therapy equipment
Strong understanding of safety requirements
Skill in writing reports, correspondence, and patient care records
Ability to build effective relationships with patients, medical staff, and the public
Proficient in problem-solving and data evaluation
Clear communication skills and positive attitude in dynamic environments
