Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate care to med-surg patients including total joint and spine cases
Monitor patient conditions closely with 6:1 ratios that let you truly connect
Manage traction equipment and orthopedic precautions with precision
Collaborate with a dedicated team of CNCs, RNs, and PCTs
Utilize Meditech EMR to document and streamline care
Make a real difference on a brand new unit buzzing with energy

Qualifications

Active RN license
BLS certification required
Minimum 1 year of acute care Med/Surg experience
Outgoing team player with a compassionate heart

Education

RN licensure from an accredited nursing program

Knowledge & Skills

Acute care Med/Surg expertise
Familiarity with traction, spine, hip, and joint precautions
Proficiency in Meditech EMR
Strong patient assessment and monitoring skills
