Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional resident care using the nursing process from assessment to evaluation
Collaborate with healthcare teams to achieve outstanding resident outcomes
Administer treatments and medications with precision and compassion
Interpret diagnostic tests and develop personalized care plans
Educate residents and families to empower their health journey
Support your facility's mission through quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications

At least 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse
Current California RN license
Current CPR certification

Education

Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing

Knowledge & Skills

Skilled in the full nursing process including assessment and planning
Proficient in administering treatments medications and interpreting tests
Strong collaborator with healthcare providers
Experienced in patient and family education

Benefits

Sign on Bonus: $7,500.00
30 pay increments rewarding up to 30 years of experience
