Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM with rotating weekend calls

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $53 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional care during complex surgeries including general, ortho, and neuro procedures
Collaborate with 11 RNs and techs per shift in 1:1 patient ratios
Master cutting-edge OR equipment like multiple ortho beds and 4 robots
Navigate MEDITECH EMR to ensure seamless documentation and patient safety
Thrive in high-energy environment supporting trauma and spine cases

Qualifications

Active RN license with at least 1 year of OR experience
CST certification required to hit the ground running
BLS certification
High energy and motivated personality that fits our dynamic team
BSN and CNOR preferred for those standout candidates

Education

BSN preferred
RN licensure required

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in general surgery, orthopedics, gynecology, trauma, neurosurgery, spine, ENT, and bariatrics
Proficiency with advanced OR equipment and robotic systems
Strong teamwork in busy 11-OR suite with endo capabilities
Comfortable with MEDITECH electronic medical records
