Roles & Responsibilities

Develop individualized treatment plans that transform lives
Deliver compassionate, patient-first physical therapy to deserving residents
Collaborate with a supportive therapy team to achieve outstanding outcomes
Contribute your passion and ideas in a family-like rehab environment

Qualifications

Licensed Physical Therapist in South Dakota (or eligible to become licensed)
Graduate of an accredited PT program
Team player with excellent communication skills
Experience in skilled nursing or rehab preferred (new grads welcome too)

Education

Graduate of an accredited PT program

Knowledge & Skills

Skilled in developing individualized treatment plans
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
